  • Marketing & Administration Manager

The Blue Haven Collection is seeking a Marketing & Administration Manager for a 12 month maternity contract. For more information please contact 

Your responsibilities will include and not limited to the following:
Marketing for all establishments including the management of social media & website updates
Arranging events for each of our business
Booking of the live music acts
Ensuring all marketing items up to date including brochures
Arranging meetings and taking minutes
Liaising with Managing Director and General Manager on items need to be done
Previous experience in a marketing or management role would be of benefit
Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is not required but would be desirable
Ability to work to deadlines
Good communication skills, including fluent written & verbal English
Skilled at multi tasking
Excellent I.T skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Full Time Chefs

We currently have the following vacancies within our kitchen team: Chef De Partie, Commis Chef, Senior Chef & Evening Prep Chef. If you want to be part of our dynamic team the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Previous experience
  • Good presentation & attention to details
  • Fluent English


  • Full & Part Time Bar & Waiting Staff

We currently have positions available within our busy & vibrant front of house team.

  • A drive to deliver excellent customer service is essential
  • Fluent English 
  • The ability to work within a team
  • A minimum of 1 year’s food & beverage experience is a must
