Full Time Front Office & Revenue Co-Ordinator

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front Office & Revenue Co-Ordinator to join our team. The person in this exciting role will ensure that all aspects of reception, bookings and customer service are managed and maintained to the highest standard.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Experience at a senior level within front office operations and revenue management in a hotel or luxury guesthouse.
  • Experience in dealing with group bookings
  • Previous experience with Reception, Reservations, Accommodation and Sales & Marketing responsibilities
  • Have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills A strong focus on providing a consistently excellent customer service

Required experience:

  • Front Office: 3 years
  • Revenue management: 1 year
