Jamie started this business in 1984 and is based in Osyterhaven and grows his own oysters. He also buys and sells shellfish products- mussels, scallops, crabs, prawns, smoked salmon.
Meet one of our West Cork Producers Toons Bridge Dairy.
Toons Bridge Dairy is based in the heart of the historical Irish artisan food area of West Cork. They work with raw buffalo, cow and sheep milk to make over 12 varieties of cheese and they started this in 2009. They also supply us with olives and this part if the business has been trading in markets selling Mediterranean foods since 1993.
Pat Mulcahy from Ballinwillin House Farm
Pat supplies us with venison from his farm based in Mitchelstown, Co Cork
His family run business established in 1985 as an organic farm and supplies venison, wild boar, goat’s meat and beef.
Matt O’ Connell Foods
Established Matt O’ Connell Seafoods in 1983 in Dublin Hill, Cork. Matt came from a background in the wholesale trade, supplying to hotels, restaurants and food service outlets.
Having identified a gap in the market at the time for fresh seafood, he set about establishing a top class wholesale company to supply the freshest of seafood, sourced from locally caught fish.
Today, Tony continues to uphold the traditions and standards established by Matt. Fish landed at various ports i.e. Kinsale, Castletownbere, Union Hall, Youghal, Helvick is transported daily to their premises and all processing is done in house. This ensures that provenance of supply is guaranteed. Locally landed, locally produced Irish Seafood at its best.

Our Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese supplier based in Whitechurch, Co Cork
Family run dairy farm business since the 1880’s and now on the 5th generation where they produce cheddar cheese using the milk from their own cows and grass. The cheese is matured for 12 months.
